Soulful of Life is a holistic wellness company, elevating collective consciousness through coaching, energy work, and sound healing to co-create a new earth.
FOUNDER'S VISION
In the heart of every leader lies a journey of transformation, a path of resilience and purpose. As a first-generation American-born Vietnamese-Cambodian, my life has been an intricate dance of shadows and light, revealing the steps to healing from generational and historical trauma. It is this profound journey of self-discovery and healing that inspired me to create Soulful of Life (SOL) – a sanctuary where transformation is not just a possibility but it's inevitable.
MY STORY
Born from the legacy of war survivors (from the Vietnam War and the Cambodian Genocide), my quest for healing led me on a path of discovering my innate gifts as a healer. SOL is the embodiment of my life’s learnings, a vessel through which I serve those seeking to heal and break generational cycles to extraordinary lives.

We approach leadership and life coaching holistically, optimizing the mind, body and spirit through the teachings of science and spirituality. We delve into the realms of quantum healing, empowering our clients to manifest their dreams from within. With state-of-the-art coaching tools from the NeuroLeadership Institute and Co-Active Institute, we evoke deep transformation, guiding leaders back to their wholeness.
